Delivery Process

After your products are produced according to the specifications you selected during the ordering process, we try to send them to you within the time specified on the product page. Orders are sent to your address via MNG Cargo. Any delivery method other than this shipping method is never used by our company. In this way, your printing orders that you can place from where you live will be delivered to the address of your choice. Moreover, cargo shipping is free for purchases of 1500 TL and above, including VAT.

What You Need to Know About the Shipping Process

  • The fastest solution to problems that may occur after your products are shipped; You will need to contact the cargo company (MNG Cargo - 444 06 06). However, in such cases, we will do our best to speed up the solution for your satisfaction.

  • If the cargo company cannot find you at the address you specified in the order, your products will be returned to the cargo branch in your region. If you do not receive your products from the branch within 3 days, the product will be returned to our company. 

  • When receiving your cargo, you should check whether there is any damage or missing products, and if any damage occurs due to delivery, you should file a damage report.

  • Delivery cannot be made to areas remote from the city where deliveries are not made by vehicle and to areas that cannot be entered due to security reasons, such as military bases and military lodgings. If these situations apply to your address, you should request your products to a different address. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any delays or disruptions that may occur.

Order Cancellation and Return

Order cancellation

In order to order the products offered on our Website, you must become a member and after placing your order, upload your design files in PDF, PSD, AI, INDD, SVG, EPS formats. If the file you send is suitable for printing, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address registered on the Website. You can cancel your order without any compensation before you receive this confirmation e-mail. For this, submit your request from the form here or via the 'Customer Services' phone number specified on the website. In case of cancellation of the order in this way, the refund of the payment you made for your order will be transferred to your credit card or bank account, depending on your payment method, within an average of 4-5 business days after we receive the cancellation request.

It is not possible to cancel the order and refund the payment after the confirmation e-mail is sent to you and/or the file you send is printed.

Return Conditions

You can return your orders, other than Printed Products, within 14 days after your order is delivered to you.

There is no refund for Printed Products printed in accordance with the file sent by you. However, if a problem arises with these products that is solely caused by us, the relevant product will be printed again upon your request and evaluation and will be delivered within the time specified in the acceptance of the change request.

We would also like to point out that if the products are reprinted for a reason caused by us, the product will be reprinted as approved by you and no corrections will be made to the document you send in this context.

Used and damaged products, disposable products, products that deteriorate quickly or are likely to expire cannot be returned.

We are not responsible for any user-related problems in the designs you design or upload using our ready-made templates. To avoid such a problem, please check your designs before ordering. For this reason, the return of the products requested to be returned is not accepted.

Return Procedures

In order for the refund to be made, simply contact Customer Relations and indicate your return request. Our e-invoice taxpayer customers are required to issue a return invoice.

Following the conformity of the product with the above-mentioned Return Conditions is checked by our Quality Management Department and found suitable for return and the return approval is given,  Within an average of 4-5 business days, the refund of the payment you made for your order will be transferred to your credit card or bank account, depending on your payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to see your refund on your credit card or bank account. The specified refund process depends only on the bank where your account is located and in this context, we do not have any right or authority regarding the process.

As a result of the evaluation made by our Quality Management Department, if it is determined that your return request does not comply with the Return Conditions and therefore a return approval is not given, the product you sent with the return request will be re-sent to your address registered on our website within 10 days with a prepaid payment.
