The term force majeure will be interpreted as events that are beyond the reasonable control of the relevant party and that the Company cannot prevent despite exercising due care. Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes that arise or may arise due to these Terms of Use.

The Company may change the provisions of the Terms of Use at any time and the changes will come into force on the date of publication.
